Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience designing and delivering complex CRM initiatives for mid-sized and enterprise organisations.
I work as a delivery-focused architect, taking responsibility for solution design and execution across Salesforce programs and acting as a stable anchor between business, IT and implementation partners. My work typically spans discovery, architecture, delivery alignment and operational stabilisation in integrated system landscapes.
My background includes long-running transformation initiatives in Financial Services, Manufacturing and Retail, with a strong focus on pragmatic, reliable delivery rather than slideware or overengineering.
Core Expertise
- Salesforce Solution Architecture (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Integration-heavy CRM landscapes (ERP, APIs, event-based patterns)
- Business-to-IT translation and solution definition
- Delivery ownership and execution alignment
- Stakeholder, vendor and partner management
- Data quality, governance and operating models
I typically support organisations that need a senior, hands-on architect who can bridge strategy, solution design and delivery without adding unnecessary complexity.
