AI automation with n8n and Python
I build workflows that connect APIs, databases and business applications. I use AI for document extraction, classification and assistant workflows, with validation and error handling so your team can review results and exceptions.
Workflow automation and integration
n8n, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, PostgreSQL and SQL. Record comparison and synchronization, Google Sheets integrations, and troubleshooting or extending existing workflows.
AI agents
OpenAI API, LangChain and LangGraph for structured responses and multi-step assistant workflows. My open-source Project Planning Genie turns project briefs into structured implementation plans and Markdown tasks.
Document AI and OCR
Turn invoices, PDF tables and photos into structured data using Python, PaddleOCR, PyMuPDF, OpenCV, pandas and openpyxl. Extraction rules match the document layout, with Excel or Google Sheets output and human review.
Examples of my work
• Invoice automation with n8n: invoice headers and line items to Google Sheets, Greek-to-English translation retaining the originals, duplicate checks and review flags.
• Photo OCR with Python: client fields from a defined invoice layout to Excel, with source filenames for checking.
• Schedule PDFs to Excel: shifts and color-coded preferences extracted into structured rows with a review legend.
Computer vision
Object detection, pose estimation and image processing with YOLO, PyTorch and OpenCV. Experience with CUDA, ONNX and GStreamer from software engineering at Magna International.
Delivery and maintenance
I start with representative samples and a clear output format, then build the integration, tests, error handling and documented handover. Docker, Git and GitHub Actions support deployment and maintenance.
My background includes software engineering and computer vision at Magna International, plus automated testing with MATLAB, Simulink, Python and Jenkins. Self-employed since July 2025.
