As a former teacher turned agile coach and trainer, I am well-experienced in designing workshops and learning situations for individuals or larger groups.
I have gained experience working as a scrum master in banking and insurances, coaching my teams to implement and groom certain habits for improved working processes. In scaled environments in automotive and the energy sector I supported my teams through large and complex planning events, making sure everyone knew what was on the agenda at any given point of time and feeling comfortable during the process.
On top of that I have planned, hosted and facilitated events and workshops on clientsite that covered topics such as development and growth, leadership, onboarding, gender equality, fuck-up events, etc.
In the VUCA world that we live in,the ability to transform and create agile organisations is key. I can help your company adjust mindset and culture and transform from within.
