With over a decade of experience in project management, planning, and consulting within the offshore wind, shipbuilding, and maritime industries, I offer a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution expertise. As a highly adaptable freelance professional, I have consistently delivered value to clients through my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate complex operations, and maintain a sharp focus on time, quality, and cost efficiency.

My recent work includes serving as Deputy Construction and Offshore Service Manager for the Baltic Eagle Offshore Windfarm (Iberdrola Renewables). There, I took on full lifecycle responsibilities—from planning and budgeting to leading maintenance campaigns, managing subcontractors, and coordinating daily offshore operations. My proactive approach to change and claim management and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks ensured smooth project delivery under dynamic conditions.

Simultaneously, I supported the Luerssen Group’s Project Shackleton as a planner, orchestrating shipbuilding and conversion schedules while overseeing risk analyses and technical consulting. This dual engagement underscores my capacity to manage multiple complex projects in parallel, maintaining clear communication and transparency at every level of the organization.

Between 2021 and 2023, I led site and vessel operations at Merkur Offshore Windfarm, taking charge of up to 150 onboard personnel during peak operations—even amidst the unique challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. I also helped establish the Offshore Department at DOST Group, where I provided strategic consulting on budget planning, departmental reporting, and client engagement.

My career path includes formative roles at Siemens-Gamesa, Salt & Pepper, Blohm+Voss, and TKMS, where I honed my expertise in project scheduling, vessel commissioning, technical coordination, and logistics. I am also experienced in managing procurement cycles and quality assurance procedures from my time as a client representative for ZF.

Backed by a diploma in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Nautical Sciences and Offshore Construction, I combine academic rigor with on-the-ground operational knowledge. I hold a wide range of offshore and nautical certifications, from GWO training and advanced fire fighting to a Nautical Watch Officer’s License and General Operator Certificate (GOC). I am fluent in both German and English, with basic skills in Russian and Italian.
