Experience Level for PERMANENT ROLES:
- For 10 years and above, relevant experience in SAP HCM/HR around Euro 80K/year.
- For 5-10 years relevant experience in SAP HCM/HR around Euro 65-70K/year.
- For 3 -4years relevant experience in SAP HCM/HR around Euro 50K+/year.
Experience Level for CONTRACT ROLES:Around 10 years (Rate Euro 500/Day)
Job Location for both Permanent & Contract Roles:
Cologne, Germany
Task & Experience:
- Strong experience in German payroll processing.
- Strong experience in monthly and yearly payroll end activities/reporting, including troubleshooting.
- Experience with German Privat pension contribution, including schema and rules adjustments.
- Implementation of new legal payroll reporting processes (eg UV; A1... reporting)
- Adjustment of schema, rules, functions and features.
- Experience with modifications and user exists.
- Adjustment of forms (payslip, certifications..)
- Incident analysis of AVMG, EEL, AAG, LST and DEUV topics
- Adjustment of SAP standard accounting program (RPCIPE) & maintenance of customer-specific accounting program.
Willingness to Learn:
- German Tax and social security legislation & regulations
