• Ensure the IT Operations within the system landscape
• Support the ITIL based incident, problem and change management
• Service level management for IT services
• Support internal reconstruction projects
• Responsible for the documentation of workflows and projectsQualifications
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension
• Profound ITIL knowledge and high expertise in IT technologies
• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system Integration or something similar
• Fluent english skills, written and spokenApply
