World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for an Illustrator/Motion Asset Designer to be a part of a Design Team, defining art, narratives and illustration guidance for product experiences.You will be responsible for developing illustration and motion assets across Shell's digital landscape and help strengthen their brand.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design (eg interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. Experience working as a Visual Designer.
About you:
- A portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and thinking.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Ability to design pixel perfect icons and illustrations.
- Familiar in closely collaborating with other UX functions, product management and engineering to take product from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of design systems
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the continuing development of imagery, storytelling, and visual language through UX.
- Help design holistic brand experiences across multiple surfaces and platforms.
- Create high quality proposals throughout the design process, including conceptual vision, executive presentations, and final mockups for implementation.
- Advocate for product excellence by focusing on user needs and design consistency.
- Define and build a library of Illustrations that are centered around the product strategy.

You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
