This role is inside IR35 for UK applicants!
The profile we are looking for:
- You will support the IT Process Owners in their maturity journey, ie to document their processes as per the standard (COBIT19) we are rolling out across IT;
- You will work closely together with the IT Risk and Control program and you will have daily interaction with the colleagues from CISO division, who are in charge of the control design and implementation for all the processes in scope;
- You deliver in line with the quarterly planning of the IT Risk and Control program and you provide regular status of the progress made;
- You make a gap analysis between the AS IS and the TO BE;
- You assist in designing processes;
- You promote best practices;
- You escalate problems on time to the project lead and your manager;
- You participate in other smaller initiatives, part of the TMS scope (eg building & promoting the Digital Cockpit, maintenance of the IT People Dashboard, ).
Required qualifications
- You have experience in the area of (IT) processes; Experience with COBIT framework and roll out of processes within this framework is considered as an asset.
- You have the ability to control and manage progress of tasks;
- You have the ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them;
- You have good communication skills, able to adjust your style to different audiences;
- You have good coordination skills;
- You are able to continuously include new insights;
- You are fluent in English (speaking & writing).
