Person should have experience in

Work experience in digital marketing team with elements of content management

Experience in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, user story/journey drafting,

B2B2C use case experience and apparel/fashion industry experience

Experience in driving tool selection. Business case creation, reporting

Digital Content management process experience (CMS (content mgmt. system) is desirable)

Experience in global multi team/agency working environment
Key deliverables

Capture requirements for each content capability by process, channel and account

Consolidate base requirements by country/market

Gap analysis of current capability vs requirement
-
Estimate incremental sales value/efficiency saving of closing the gap per content process, channel, account and country

Reporting and comms to DSS and DPC Sr Director level Steerco
-
User story drafting
-
Sign off with relevant global/market/account DPC teams
-
Support with gap closing effort and roadmap exercise
