Business Analyst
£/day Inside IR35 (Umbrella only)
A fanstic opportunity has landed on my desk for a business analyst. Yardi Voyager expertise is essential particularly across asset management.
As a Business Analyst you will support change management for the Yardi Voyager system. You will be involved in the implementation, data migration user training, testing, and continuous development of AIs Yardi Voyager platform to provide a scalable and efficient operating platform and golden source of business information.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the users both internally and externally
- Create process documents and training guides and ensure they are updated in line with any changes to the system
- Communicate any changes and ensure sufficient training is provided to the users
- Analysing and identifying solutions to satisfy business requirements - including changes to the system and business processes
- Manage and maintain the development/improvement request list (Yardi backlog issue list) and work with the business, Yardi & system developer to ensure resolutions are sought in a timely manner.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities wherever possible
- Actively identifying risk and use effective risk management and reduction techniques
- Managing small to medium projects or initiatives where appropriate
Requirements
Essential
- Have a sound knowledge of Real Estate
- Have 2-3y experience implementing and running large Yardi Voyager systems
- Have strong property management experience including a knowledge of lease set up and service charge
Highly Desirable
- Experience in data implementation
- Experience in writing simple SQL queries and YSR reports
- Experience working with stakeholders to gain information required
