Cloud Consulting has a new opportunity for a Level 3 Support Engineer to work on a high profile project with a leading UK organisation. You will have experience providing Level 3 support and ideally have experience as a Java Developer. Perhaps you are a Java Developer who is also interested in providing Level 3 support, or a Level 3 Support Engineer from a Java Developer background.
The role can be offered on a fully remote basis and is paying £450-£475/day via umbrella.

Responsibilities:
This is an L3 Support Dev role
- Troubleshooting issues from L2 teams on Interface applications
- Debugging application and process flow for Java applications using Guice with SQS queue's
- Accessing pods through Kubernetes
- Knowledge of using Kibana
- Setting up local environment using Docker when necessary
- Speaking to and working with external teams to solve live problems
