My background is the field of organzational development where I worked as (internal) consultant and as a reseacher.
Since 2016 I focussed my work on agile collaboration & product development. I ´ve gained experience and professionallity by working in different roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Researcher, Lecturer & Trainer) with different companies and industry sectors (IT-Security, Automotive, Pharma, Engineering, Science).
I combine experience and skills in the practical work with Product Teams (Scrum, Kanban, Continious Product Dsicovery) with a profound knowledge in the field of management / science of organization (Organizational culture, Leadership, Strategy and Organizational Change / Transformation).
