As a Lead Product Owner, I manage a team responsible for the suite of Pricing products within the company's ecosystem.
Since I joined the company, I have helped the team setting up new processes and ease
the communication and transparency, which improved the delivery time, quality
of the product and motivation within the teams. Apart from working on the
ideation & strategy, creating program roadmaps and overseeing delivery, I act
as a coach to my teams and am always there to help with analyzing more
complex challenges and design solutions for them.

The position was a mixture between a product manager and an operations lead.
I worked on a couple of products which were developed from scratch - the
esports product in general (bookmaker odds, statistics, livescores, live data,
etc.), LoL OCR scraper (a tool scraping data from live streams and delivering it
in a close-to-live time to the clients (bookmakers, media clients).
I have worked on the product from the beginning and in the timeframe of 18
months we have developped an attractive, stable product suite and made it to
the top. The product was awarded the best esports product in the betting
industry 2017. Also served as a 3rd level support to B2B clients
