* Supervising the process of granting loans: validating the loan package, verifying the eligibility of clients
* Closing of loan contracts: closing of accounts, compensation of mortgage credits, risk assessment, lifting of the mortgage
* Loan approval: validation/approval of new loans, risk assessment, reoffering to ineligible clients for the packages accessed in the first phase
