Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of planners, schedulers and cost analysts located across two sites, in Canberra and in Perth
• Embedding PMO methodology and best-practices into a fluid working environment consisting of acquisition programs, support/sustainment programs, and various bid & tender activities
• Developing and managing program master schedules, and providing analysis, oversight and advice to track performance and ensure that deliverables/milestones are met
• Performing regular progress check-ins and status updates on program schedules in accordance with a monthly update and reporting cycle

• Monitoring live and forecast schedules against baseline schedules, and reporting schedule slippage concerns to PMs and peers (including strategies for mitigating delay impacts)
• Analysing resource loading & resource forecasts, and supporting negotiations to re-allocate work as required in order to remove over-allocations
• Maintaining approved and auditable baselines (schedule & cost) by implementing a streamlined BCR process
• Working with the Program Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager in providing tailored advice regarding EV, cost performance and schedule performance within the programs/projects
