SUSE is largest standalone open source linux distro enterprise. As presales engineer for Switzerland and
Austria I'm engaged to work with our sales team on large enterprise datacenter private and public cloud IT
Infrastructure projects.
* Systems Engineer for SUSE software defined technologies on openstack, ceph, salt, container as a
service platform, kubernetes, docker containers
* Acting as trusted advisor for our strategic customers
* Running onsite POC e.g. SAP HANA High Availability (pacemaker) , SUSE Openstack Cloud,
Software Defined Storage (Ceph), SUSE Manager (spacewalk and salt deployment)
* Solving customer technical issues, troubleshooting
* Enabling partner and customer's technicians with more advanced skills
* Participate events and act as speakers
* Introducing SUSE Container as a Service and Cloud Foundry Platform products
For FY16 ending in April our CH-AT Team over-achieved 100% revenue target.
For FY17 ending in April our CH-AT Team over-achieved 100% revenue target. I have been awarded with
president's club.
These technologies belong to my daily needed know-how set:
LVM, multipath, Linux Filesystems (btrfs), Openvswitch V(x)LAN, Docker Container, autoyast, Linux
networking, salt (configuration management), pacemaker HA, openstack commandline, build images, rpm,
docker containers

customer's web sites, web applications and media contents to become faster, more secure
and reliable over the public internet by using Akamai's overlay network around the globe.
My job is focused on enabling our alliance partner Swisscom sales and technicians to be able to
identify the appropriate products and solutions in order to utilize a scalable sales force for the market.
