Client: Major Austrian Bank
Role: Technical Business Analyst – 4 years
Role description: Business Analyst for projects in the Core Banking applications, especially in the areas of Securities, Loans and Guarantees, with an end to end responsibility to co-ordinate different phases of the project
Tasks: •Requirement engineering and designing software solutions in close alignment with business and IT teams •Definition and alignment with stakeholders regarding business requirements from a functional point of view and cost aspects based on effort estimation. •Creation of documentation throughout all project phases and setting up handover meetings to stakeholders •Co-ordinating different development phases handled by offshore team, by acting as an interface between Developer and Business •Test coordination (ticket prioritization, Test Data preparation, Status Reporting) during System and User Acceptance Test phases •Creation of Testdata via DB2-SPUFIs and creation of SELECTs which gathered needed information for clients use •Management and monitoring of Software requests with different service providers •Risk and Issue management as well as budget management for the assigned projects •Occasional Mainframe programming for some time-critical topics
Role: SME for software deployment – 2 years
Role description: To ensure timely deployment of software working closely with client Deployment team
Tasks: •Leading a team of three colleagues responsible for coordinating and monitoring of software deployments •Preparation of roll-out storybook in alignment with client Deployment team for the client specific deployment process
