I have joined in a senior role. Shopify Content Analyst main duties is to maintain website overall
content from backend. I have worked there on core fashion brands websites e.g. Nutrilov Pakistan,
Liso Pakistan, Zay Beauty (UK), Nida Gul Pakistan, Giorgio Vanti Pakistan etc. (Proof Of Employment
Enclosed).
Shopify/CRM Expert (Haniyas.com) - Freelancing Project
As a Shopify/CRM Expert, I have worked on the below mentioned tasks.
* Responsible for the uploading of content to the Shopify Plus platform
* Upload collections to the platform In line with pricing structure provided
* Download required data from relevant brand websites or as required
* Implement system integrations that are crucial to our success
* Be the first point of contact for customer related queries
* Be an integral part of the customer service team, offering exception level of customer service
through CRM, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels.
