Throughout my 7 years of experience in the field of graphic design, I have honed my hard skills in Adobe Suite, enabling me to create visually stunning and impactful designs across various platforms. Moreover, my soft skills, including consistency, problem-solving, always learning, ability to take criticism, patience, collaboration, leadership, and fluency in English, German, and French, have played a vital role in my success as a designer.

In my previous roles as a senior graphic designer and team lead, I have had the opportunity to oversee the design process, ensuring alignment 
with company goals and objectives. I have successfully managed teams of 5 to 10 designers, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective design strategies. By setting design standards, implementing guidelines, and fostering a culture of mentorship, I have nurtured creativity and delivered high-quality design work.

I have also gained extensive experience in various areas of graphic design and art direction. I have successfully managed projects, such as the creation of a pop-up store, and designed retail displays for leading drugstores in Germany, including DM and Rossmann. 
My work has been featured in esteemed publications such as Elle, InStyle, and Neon through my expertise in editorial design. Additionally,
I have contributed to set design and image editing for CATRICE Cosmetics, displaying my versatility and attention to detail.
