For one of our clients we are looking for a Supply Chain Management consultant (m/f). The consultant will work as a member of an international client and consultant team and will be responsible for the integration of production planning processes into the harmonized SCM template. This includes MRP runs in APO and ECC, aggregation levels for production planning, inventory planning, detailed scheduling, process order creation, and integration into procurement and manufacturing.Responsibilities of the consultant:
Work in full cooperation with the sites during the localization phase of each wave.
Incorporate the local business requirements for inventory targeting, production planning and detailed scheduling into the harmonized SCM processes.
Integration with manufacturing for resource definition and capacities and integration with maintenance planning.
Establishing master data requirements, testing and training plans, cutover plans and go-live support.
The following skills are required:
Extensive travel throughout the project as much of the activity will need to be done on-site.
Background in production and inventory planning and MRP.
SAP ECC and/or SAP APO experience preferred.
Motivation to work in a team.
Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent English
Main Location: Rhein-Neckar area, frequent international travel required
Project duration: asap –planned for 6 months, longer term extension possible
