Regional Deployment Manager (RDM )
works together with the central deployment team and is in charge to onboard the (to be hired) 2 Regional Roll out
Manager (roll outs planned for Slovakia and Tunisia); until the new hires are onboard the RDM collaborates closely
with the already positioned local implementation manager for Egypt (implementation scheduled for October 2023).
The RDM in addition works on the delivery of for the final definition of a roll out methodology PMO 2.0 (framework
existing).
