Primary Tasks:
- Takes over end-to-end process responsibility with other FPOs, e.g. for the process P2P
- Ensures adequate mapping of technical requirements incl. IKS safe
- Ensures a consistent flow of information at FPO level as well as in the relevant department ("mouthpiece")
- Coordinates mapping/changes (processes/organisation) with department and management
- Defines requirements for reports and integration with partner systems
- Defines the content of the functional validation, creates test cases and performs validation
- Defines content/scope of migration and accepts it, checks data consistency & defines proce ure for data cleansing
- Defines the content of the training and organizes the creation and documentation of the training materials by the key users.
- Represents (interim) results to program leadership/management in coordination with the TPO and WS Lead.
- Content management of the ext. DL (PPO)
- Estimates resources in coordination with the Workstream Lead and determines key users and corresponding topics
- Professional onboarding of new programme staff members
- Leads strategic decisions, e.g. on structures and processes.
- Prioritises the User Stories within the Sprint Backlog
- Has a say in setting and prioritising sagas and epics at programme level
- Allows the workstream lead to have a transparent status of the work package
- Actively triggers change management for process changes
- Shows dependencies between the product and sprint backlog as well as between the individual workstreams
Responsibility/ Decision Making Competence:
- Functional responsibility in the respective work package incl. technical release of change requests for implementation in the system
- Responsibility for implementation per WP/ development of usable (interim) results in cooperation with TPO
- FPO makes all professional/content-related decisions that lie within the respective work package or coordinates with other FPOs concerned and with the professional and technical integration in the case of cross-WP topics.
- Is responsible for the development of a legally compliant solution (ICS & audit)
