We are currently looking for an SAP HCM Expert (m/f/d) for our client
Start: June 2022
End: December 2022 (plus extension)
Volume: Full time (min. 3 days/week)
Location: Remote/Leverkusen
Language: English (must have), German (nice-to-have)
Tasks (independent delivery):
* Customizing on ERP/S4 incl. BIB (Business Integration Builder) Configuration
* BaDI enhancements ABAP in L4P
* Troubleshooting/error analysis on local ERP/S4 (eg OrgData, Employee Data, Cost Center Assignments)
* Data corrections on ERP/S4; data corrections in myHR will be done by HR
* Testing on myHR DEV system is not feasible as no real data is available on DEV; however test cases can be supported on T2 myHR system by HR&ExS/HR
* ERP/S4 related process questions for local processes where HR mini-master might be used and interacts (Business Partner Employee)
* Troubleshooting for UserMaster Record (derived from HR mini-master) on ERP/S4 level
* Deviations in Cost Center assignments in L4P
* Lifecycle Management Integration software components (eg PA_SE_IN, ODTFINCC)
* Cloud Connector configuration
* Involvement in the L4 Change request process on SOLMAN; myHR change requests are covered by Xticket and solved by HR&ExS
Expectations:
* In case of any tasks the HR&ExS team should process, a Xticket is required
* Good understanding replication framework with Data transfer, ALE/IDOC knowledge; for AM and cost center interfaces we are using ALE and in the future there can be additional idoc usage.
* Knowledge of SAP HCM core functions: Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), Org Management (OM) and the related infotype framework
Skills:
- Senior SAP HCM technical consultant/developer
- Experienced with setting up HR master data in S/4 Hana System
- Experience with Ticketing & SAP Customizing
- Management of Interfaces (eg Successfactor)
- Experience in Testing
- Experience with Data corrections on ERP/Hana
- Strong communication skills and independent work style
