Dear Freelancers,we are looking for a specialist "SAP FI/CO Consultant" for an integration project in Bonston/Massachusetts
(remote and also on site!)
Working hours: 5 days per week x 8 hours
Work location: mostly remote, may be required to travel to office location in Boston area.
Job Description
- FICO process design – collect the user requirement, design the process in target system and align the design with different stakeholders
- FICO general customizing – based on blueprint, configure SAP system and test it
- US Lockbox process – define the process and configure the process
- US payment process – define ACH, check and TT payment process and configure
- Process and customizing documentation – document the blueprint and realization details in required format, write up or approve process documents and technical specification documents.
- Functional Testing – prepare the test scripts, execute the tests and record the result in required template
- Integration test – prepare the test scripts, walk through users to finish the testing and bug fixing
- Cut-over – prepare the cut-over plan and execute cutover steps in FICO area
- Data migration - support data migration in FICO area, define mapping rules with data migration partner, verify the data migration results and ensure the overall quality and speed
- Go-live support – provide hypercare until first month end closing
Qualification
- At least 3 full project cycles and work as key FICO consultant in SAP ERP environment
- Strong expertise in US specific topics, like ACH, lockbox, check payment, bank interface, treasury
- Good knowledge about IFRS accounting principle and FICO processes
- Professional skill about SAP FICO modules, including AR/AP/GL/AA/Bank/CCA/PCA/COPA/IO
- Good project management skill, including priority management, stakeholder management
- Strong ownership and commitment, flexible with work assignment
- Good communication skills and language skills in English
