Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d).PROJEKTBESCHREIBUNG:
• In a running project a self-developed Java-solution is built for the order dressing functionality (i. e. enrichment of the sales order information for production). The built solution “Aurora” is highly integrated with other software-components (SAP for level 4, PSI for level 3 and IBM’s Operational Decision Management Solution for Business Rule Management).
For solution’s final deployment into production and parallel adaptation/enlargement of the solution the existing agile project-team needs to be reinforced.
AUFGABEN:
• Analyze Business Needs / Requirements
o Translate business needs / requirements into global and detailed functional solution design
o Gap identification
o Workshop-Moderation
• Design, implement and improve existing IT-solution
o Functional design (from screen-layout to workflow), in particular
- design of a new function called “technical standards” for the rule-based determination of a huge number of technical parameters and it’s integration in the existing workflows
- integration of new pieces of information in existing GUIs
- contributing to master-data-management and rule-management with reverse engineering activities, i.e. analyzing and understanding business and IT rules maintained in legacy systems and clarifying their necessity in the new solutions’s context
o Creation of respective concerted design and specification documents
o Explanation of desired design to developers ensuring its complete understanding by them
o Testing
- Proof of Concept-creation and -evaluation
- Test-scenario definition
- Running tests (with business involvement) and documenting its results
- Bug-analysis
- Management of bug-correction and/or work-around
• Solution’s handover to future run-organization
o Management of the hand-over process
o Service quality check before final handover
o Potential participation in final run-organization
• Participation in corrective and evolutive maintenance activities
ANFORDERUNGEN:
+++MUST HAVE+++
• Proven experience in business analysis and functional solution design for the above mentioned area of “order dressing” for at least 5 years.
• Proven experience of working in agile mode
• A universal degree in computer or natural science, engineering or other comparable IT-related professional training or more than 5 years of experience would be appreciated.
• Willingness to Work on-site and in remote
• Fluent German and English Skills
• Advanced user-knowledge in Microsoft’s Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook)
