Tätigkeit:Für den Kunden unseres Partners suchen wir einen PS/CO Berater
Scope of Services:
Define and set-up a Project System; Define interaction with external PIMS (3rd Party Solution). Projects are used for Assets, Enterprise Management; Joint Ventures.
PS functionality to interact with Controlling / Accounting In scope: Define and set-up a Project System; Define interaction with external PIMS (3rd Party Solution).
In the external PIMS System, the logistical topics (Resource- and Material-Allocation) are done in the PIMS system.
Candidates for this role are supposed to align the requirements from PIMS to the Controlling / Accounting requirements of the customer – e.g. allocation to an account, asset (…).
Projects are used for Assets, Enterprise Management; Joint Ventures.
Tasks:
Plan the Fit/Gap activities in the area of Project System
Conduct the Fit/Gap Workshops on the area of Project System– based on Model Company and Best Practices (where possible / appropiate)
Give advise to the customer on how to set up their project structures and the interaction with the 3rd party solution
Design the interface to the PIMS
Implement the functionality defined and/or supervise implementation by SDC colleagues
Prepare and support testing activities (together with SDC colleagues)
Prepare and conduct pilot go-live activities
Advise local consultants during subsequent rollouts; ensure template consistency
àThe role is intended to be 3 days / week to fulltime during template development and pilot rollout and reduced during later stages of the project.
Candidates with basic knowledge in Joint Venture accounting are preferred.
Industry experience in Oil & Gas is optional.
The Project approach will follow the Advanced Deployment Methodology.
