General description:The project is a SAP template design project with S/4HANA. The organization will be set up with 6 business teams (Lead-to-Order, Service-to-Retention, Order-to-Cash, Forcast-to-Stock, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and several platform teams (development, data migration, etc.). Following the Nexus approach an integration team will be set up consisting of the product owners and representatives from the streams.
The scrum master will be assigned to one of the teams.
Main activities:
- Safeguarding the scaled agile methodology
- Moderate the scrum events, identify and follow up impediments
- lead, facilitate and support the timely development of the software and attainment of the Project Mission and Objectives;
- facilitate visibility of the development of the software to all project participants;
- facilitate self-organization of the development team;
- facilitate collaboration and co-operation between all project participants and to act impartially;
- facilitate self-organization of the Agile Team;
- facilitate timely removal of impediments potentially affecting the attainment of any Sprint Goal;
- lead, facilitate and support all Sprint Meetings; and
- use his best endeavours to resolve any disputes in good faith by agreement with the Product Owner and the Agile Team.
Expected skills:
- Primary: Proven experience as scrum master in scaled agile environments (preferably SAP projects using Nexus).
- Secondary: Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, experience with SAP Activate, background in manufacturing or service industry environments.
