For our longterm end client in the Frankfurt area we are looking for 2x Roll Out Manager with focus in HR Processes.The client is starting a global HCM implementation project which will be replacing their on premise Successfactors systems with a cloud based Employee Central System.
Tasks:
• Addressing German requirements in global template
• Support functional and user tests
• Support migration preparation and execution
• Ensuring alignment and handover to the relevant subsequent teams
• Collaboration with implementation partner
Required skills:
• Project experience as a Roll Out Manager or Project Manager
• HR Process, Data and system skills
• German Specific employee law experience OR diverse country law experience across EMEA + LATAM
• Nice to have: project experience in replacing Successfactors with cloud based solutions

1x Roll Out Manager Germany
1x Roll Out Manager EMEA + LATAM
Project details:
• Start: ASAP, latest September 2019
• Duration: 7 Months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days/week (1 day/week remote possible)
• Location: Frankfurt area, Germany
• Languages: German and English
