For our client in Remscheid we are looking for a R2R Senior Consultant Credit Management.Location: Remscheid
Duration: asap- 27.01.2020 40 % Availability (ca. 2 days per week)
Language: English required plus preferably German
Skills:
Primary:
Proven experience in international template build and rollout project. Relevant project experience in SAP Credit Management > 5 years.
Technical core competencies within Credit Management with S/4HANA.
Able to translate business requirements into SAP language. Latest SAP Hana knowhow (1809), good overview on latest status of SAP Hana Simplification list, Fiori apps and possible impacts on the project scope. Good communication and people interaction skills (ability to communicate in German is a big plus, but not a must). Experience in workshop execution and in shared problem solution finding together with the teams.
Able to translate business requirements back to SAP standard with all dependent changes in org. structure and processes (O2C, F2S, P2P).
Strives for pragmatic solutions and sound understanding in problem re-solution finding techniques. Ability to see the whole (understands when to proactively interact with other teams/ Integration Team).
Secondary:
Broad experience in FI/CO and/or SD processes is a plus. Experience in agile practises, Knowledge about agile value and principles, working experience in a scaled agile environment. Basic process modelling knowledge (preferably in ARIS) as the customer process world modelled in ARIS is the basis for the template design and build. Solution Manager integration knowledge with SAP Activate method is a big plus. Basic Atlassian Jira and Confluence experience highly welcome.
Main activities:
Map business requirements to S/4 standard functionality (SAP best practices) following an to-be approach proposing functionality and processes
Identify gaps and propose solutions towards SAP S/4 standard
Participate in scrum meetings and refine the requirements to be delivered in 4 week sprints
Work together with the development team and migration team
Build the template
Document, test and show the results at the end of the Sprints
Project description:
The customer uses currently SAP ECC on HANA with SFIN 1605. This environment will exist in parallel until go live of all company codes in the new to-be environment.
Main focus of the activities is Credit Management on S/4HANA. Requirements of the different country units about Credit Management must be collected and brought into a concept proposal based on standard and best practice of S/4HANA. After agreement on the final version of the concept, implementation belongs to the activity package. Possibilities to improve by new features of S/4HANA in this area should be considered.
