We are currently looking for a Cost Controlling Governance for EC&R's Support Functions / Admin for our energy client
Location: Essen

Background:
The Cost Controlling Governance for the EC&R Support Function and Admin needs to be revised.
Existing Cost Controlling processes also need to be controlled, reworked and reimplementated considering external benchmarks.
Tasks
- Review and improve process for monthly cost reporting for EC&R SF Directors
- Create transparency about actual costs development vs. budget
- Identify measures to increase quality of allocation of actual costs and invoices to cost centers
- Develop solutions for special information requirements from SF Directors (e.g. legal)
- Develop performance boards and management presentation
- Review Travel Cost Controlling process and identify improvement potential

Experience
- Significant experience in Cost Controlling
- Experience from international environment
- Experience in the field of Management Reporting

Must have
- SAP CO/FI/BI
- Business Intelligence Tools
- Deep analytical Skills
- Strong Knowledge in Controlling Processes
- Strong Stakeholder Management, especially with Top Level Management ( C Level at least)
- Good Customer Focus

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with Database systems
