SAP BO Specialist
Job Description
The Resource will independently supports a team of business professionals with development to support in SAP Business Objects platform. The resource will define and deliver on business needs for reports and dashboards as well as ad-hoc reporting capabilities while utilizing the SAP Business Objects platform.
Qualification, skills and experience required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
At least 3-4 years of experience as SAP BO developer
Relevant certification would be a plus
Understanding of the technical, business and organizational requirements of a performance management, data warehouse or Business Intelligence project
Between 3-5 years of relevant experience in data warehousing or business intelligence
Strong Datamodelling, data warehouse design experience to design and maintain Universes
Good SQL on HANA experience
Experience using SAP Business Objects to design and maintain BO code/solutions
Design, develop and maintain Webi (Reports)
Design, develop and maintain Data services
Use of Information design tool (Universe)
Design and develop Dashboards
Knowledge of and experience using Crystal Reports
Knowhow of release management and deployment process within SAP product family but also with 3rd party deployment products
Knowhow and ability to design and develop user access path and systems
Exposure with the SAP UI5, FIORI, OData to create good FIORI apps would be a great advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Independent development of BO reports in finance domain
Execution of collateral tasks (data preparation, SQL programming, deployment, etc.)
Consulting with regard to an enterprise wide utilization of SAP Business Objects
Languages Required
English (Strong fluency and proficiency required)
German (Ability to talk in German would be a great plus)
