Project Description: Client needs to adjust their material numbers for spare parts in Europe to align with the global standard.
Project role:
Business Consultant; has to create concepts and business specifications for data migration and interfaces for GSPN on the basis of the processes and requirements from GSPN. Has to conduct together with the project lead a fit-gap analysis based on the already created concepts.
• Close gaps of 2016 pre-study (missing team estimates)
• Assess & integrate new process requirements into NPS concept (using of GSPN in NPS to WIPS communication) and validate the feasibility
• Prepare estimation (provide documents for Architects and Estimators)
• A conduct project-specific AGILE introduction session with the business customer (explain to the customer what AGILE is, benefits)
• Design 2 days AGILE workshop with core project team members – Business & IT
• Identify & document EPICS for NPS
• Fit/Gap analysis
• Process design
• Confirm Data conversion, config & training approach requirements
• Finalize data migration / cut over plan, and data dictionary
• Establish plan (or include in Project Plan) for decommissioning of the legacy parts setup module (LPS)
• Identify & document EPICS for T-FINIS/Up-Suffixing
• Finalize EPICS for GSPN
• Finalize estimate
Must have Skills: technical skills around SAP, SAP ERP, and data migration.
Nice to have Skills: SAP Logistics, EWM, SD
Language skills: English, German is a plus
Duration: –
Full-time/part-time: 5 days/week
Work Location: very close to Cologne

Project Description: Client needs to adjust their material numbers for spare parts in Europe to align with the global standard.
Project role:
Technical Consultant; has to review interface and data migration concepts and to estimate together with USI the effort for the upcoming project phases next year.
Activities:
• Identify future platform (identify additional HW requirements & document sizing and scaling requirements)
• Prepare estimation (provide documents for Architects and Estimators)
• Develop conceptual data migration/cut over the plan, including updated data dictionary
• Confirm Data conversion, config & training approach requirements
• Architecture, estimate, data dictionary approval
• Finalize effort estimate
Must have Skills: Development/technical skills around SAP and data migration.
Nice to have Skills: SAP Master Data, MDM
Language skills: English, German is a plus
Duration: –
Full-time/part-time: 3days/week, possibly up to 5 days/week
Work Location: very close to Cologne
