Job Description:
- SAP-FI / SAP-CO - SME to develop and support SAP applications
Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development and supporting the SAP applications (SAP-FI / SAP-CO)
Resource should have advanced experience regarding posting processes in SAP-FI / SAP-CO
To talk to business users to understand the business requirements for enhancements
To talk to business users to understand the details about the issue for resolving incidents
Experience in working with incident/problem management as a support analyst in ITIL
To do out of office support if required
Preferable to have the basic or even advanced experience regarding operation and monitoring processes for Concur
