Responsibilities:
• Resolve incidents, standard requests, minor CR and major CR
• Report KPI
• Prepare Functional specifications for RICEF objects
• Closely work with technical and functional team for delivery
• Work with customer teams to deliver AM services
• Requirement gathering and solutioning for SD module
Communication skills:
• Ability to interact with the people from different culture and countries
Technical skills:
• SAP SD with basic knowledge in Variant configuration (object dependencies) with integration knowhow to SAP PP, FI-CO and MM
Language skills:
• English
Working Experience:
• Total Experience 8 + yrs. which should include at least one implementation experience in SD with basic knowledge in Variant configuration which involves object dependencies
• End to end business process knowledge in SAP SD
• Quotation processing
• Contracts
• Sales Order Processing – MTS and MTO scenario
• Free of charge sale
• Sales order pricing
• Sale of waste (By products)
• Claims processing
• Expertise in Delivery processing- Shipping, picking, Loading
• Transport management and claims
• Batch management – determination strategies and basic working knowledge
• Knowledge of WM processing for SAP SD deliveries and associated interfaces logic

• Expertise in Make to stock and Make to order scenario from sales processing and settlement in CO
• Cross module integration knowledge in MM, PP and FICO
