Next Ventures are looking to find a finance focused consultant to join a brand new project based in Germany. Our client is looking to find a consultant to join the project and aid with the conception, creation and roll out of a worldwide IT-/Template based on SAP S/4 HANA.
Role: S/4 HANA Finance Consultant
Location: Lorrach, Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: End of the year + extensions
The project is based in the Lorrach region, with 4 days on site, 1 day remotely. The client is looking for a prompt start to the project, with work expected to run until the end of the year with possible extensions.
Tasks:
- Design and conception of processes in the area of finance also with regard to a later mapping in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO; in particular also consideration of the process-related and technical (S/4) interfaces to CO, MM, SD, CS
- Preparation and execution of process workshops
- Technical consulting in the area of the software solution SAP S/4HANA, application areas FI and CO with focus on FI, FI-AA, GL, AP, AR; interfaces to state authorities such as SII, SAF-T etc.
- Customizing: Configuration of application areas SAP S4/HANA FI, CO, especially interfaces SII, SAF-T
- Test: Preparation, execution and documentation of function, process, migration, user acceptance and integration tests in the area of S/4HANA FI/CO; - Creation of test cases, test scripts, test data; coordination with project team
- Preparation of training documents and preparation of an S/4 training system.
- Go-live: Go-live/Cut-over to prepare for production start-up
- Advising other project members as well as key users and end users after production start-up
The must have skills for this project:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP FI: all application areas and interfaces to CO, MM, SD, CS, PP Business Consulting
- Good SII and SAF-T knowledge
- Experience in the preparation of training documents as well as in the execution of user training courses etc.
- Languages: German & English (French would be beneficial)
