- Good knowledge of the SAP CS processes on the level of PM, Contract Management, Service Pricing, Mobile Service
- Experience in assessing business processes against the CS solution possibilities
- Technical ticket based support working in close contact with the key users to reach a solution
- Experience in writing functional and technical specifications to move towards solutions
- Ability to create test script documents related to change requests resulting from issues found or changed business processes
- Ability to configure and customize standard SAP CS functionalities and processes
- Experience in translating business requirements into IT requirements; and select or design the correct solution (direction) corresponding to these business requirements
Personal Skills
- Ability to perform in high-pressure and high-changing environments
- Hands-on mentality to support the local business users combined with developed consultancy skills
- Ability to work closely together with the subject matter experts from the business side and technical support team
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivated team player
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel; not frequently required
- Fluent in German/English language
Location should be in the proximity of Mainz
5 days a week to start and after summer down to 4 days a week depending on open tasks from the project for improvements.
