Keil Business Solutions GmbH is innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.We are recruiting for a
SAP Ariba Senior consultant (m/w) for Giessen
Role/Tasks:
• Resource will work closely with Suppliers from Germany & other Europe countries such as France, UK, Italy, Hungary, Poland etc.
• Enable Suppliers on the ARIBA Network
• Conduct Supplier Summits
• Prepare / review education material for Suppliers
• Work with Buyers and Sourcing professionals to validate catalog content uploaded by Suppliers
• Prepare Catalog CIF files & upload into Ariba P2O system
• Work with Suppliers & Ariba Catalog enablement lead to enable punch-out catalogs (level 1 & level 2)
• Review & activate catalogs and test
• Follow Supplier Enablement wave plan to onboard Suppliers, test and enable in production system
• Conduct end-to-end testing by creating purchase order and test for order confirmation, ship notice & Invoice
• Work with data teams to set up Supplier master data in SAP S4 MDG
Skills:
• Knowledge of Ariba Supplier Network and Supplier enablement process
• Excellent communication skills to interact with European Suppliers
• Functional knowledge of integration between Ariba P2O module, Ariba Network and SAP S4 Hana
• Experience of enabling Suppliers and Catalogs on the Ariba Network
• Fluent German and English conversational skills
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months+ Renewal Option
Intensity: 3-5 days per Week
