Job Description
• 3~4 years of SAP L1 support with good understanding of SAP modules
• Basic working knowledge in SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, CO, BASIS and Security
• Minimum 2 years work experience in an SAP L1 AMS support project
• Good written & verbal communication in German
• Liaise with SAP L1 support team in Germany and communicate with end business users
• Translate German to English & vice versa
• Co-ordinate with Offshore and onsite (Germany team) for ticket resolutions.
