SAP CRM Support for our automotive customer.Important: At the Moment this Project is in acquisition, therefore some Details are still unclear. At the moment the implementation project is running with go live in April. Afterwards the Support will start. Our Goal is to set-up a Team of 1-2 People know to build know-how. For the final Support we are searching for a team of 3-6 consultants.
3rd Level support für SAP CRM and SAP Hybris (Cloud). - We are searching for a Team of 3-6 Consultants, teamlead included
Scope:
- big and complex customer solution which include nearly every CRM process
- lots of individual development Service Team: (Headcount, FTE)
- Assumption: 3 people work simultaneously within the service hours (also Weekends), in total about 6 people required
- work primarly remote, Training onsite
- Standby Service
Anforderung:
ABAP Objects (OO) ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
SAP Hybris ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
Supportprozesse ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
optionally Skills:
- SAP CRM 7.0 onPrem
- CRM ABAP development is a must have
- good process knowledge
- clear and professional communication skills
- Hybris KnowHow: HANA DB modelling, ABAP Stack, SAP UI5
Sprachen:
- Englisch (fliessend)
- Tschechisch (nice-to-have)
- Deutsch (nice-to-have)
