SAP BW/Hana Senior Consultant- 6 month contract
Our client requires a SAP BW/Hana consultant to be based at their offices in Germany on a 6 month contract
Skills and Experience
- German speaking, with business level English
- Strong product knowledge of SAP BI products and SAP BI Certification
- Real world' SAP HANA Experience (at least one project)
- HANA Certification is desirable.
- HANA Studio Development
- HANA Live Views, Fiori Applications, Smart Data Access, OpenODS Views, Composite Providers
- Solid SAP Netweaver BI experience- this means that he/she has to have 5-6yrs experience with BW at recent releases and should be able to demonstrate mastery of: R/3 Extractors, DBconnect, Datamodelling, Transformations, Process chains, Master data, Aggregates, Performance tuning, Query writing etc.
- Full Business Objects Suite Experience (Including BI4)
- SAP DATA Services skills
- SAP ABAP Development Skills (OO & BW ABAP)
- Detailed Data Warehouse Design & Modelling Skills
- Understanding of Data Warehousing best practice including Layered Scalable Architecture & SPO modelling
- Relational Database knowledge
- 4+ project life cycles with Blue chip clients ie FTSE 100 or Fortune 500
- Team leadership and project management experience with onshore and offshore teams
Role and responsibilities
- Finance & Controlling leads who are experts in business process. Bring the SAP best practices to clients
- Lead process workshops, do fit-gap analysis and configure system
- Is able to conduct discovery workshops and roadmap workshop for customers who are looking to define the S/4HANA roadmap, good understanding of the Simplification scenarios in Finance and Controlling
- Expert in FI processes - Organization definitions, Chart of Accounts, Accounting Principles, Parallel Ledgers, Financial Accounting, Bank Account Management, SAP Cash Management
- Cross integrations: MM-FI, HCM-FI, SD-FI integrations
- Has worked on live projects or POCs or thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance - Universal Ledgers - Migration scenarios from Legacy FI environments
- Has thorough understanding of New Asset Accounting and differentiated process benefits
- Has working knowledge in SAP FIORI transactions and analytical reporting in S/4HANA environment
- Has good knowledge of CCA, PCA, OM - plan and actuals
- Has good understanding of Controlling scenarios in S/4HANA Finance
- Has working knowledge of Account Based COPA in S/4HANA environment
