Start: ab 01.10.2017
Ende: bis 31.12.2017 (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
Kontingent: 480 Leistungsstunden je Person (fulltime!)
Einsatzort: Berlin
1.) REORGANIZATION SUPPORT:
Aufgabe:
• Support project management in project time planning and effort estimations
• Support reorganization managers with technical solutions to reflect the reorg correctly in SAP-HCM interfaces (e.g. GLOBE workflows, IT workflows, GDS interface…)
• Support the operational maintenance of HR Data
• Support issue resolution
• Define and implement technical solutions for mass changes in case of reorganizations in E.ONs HR-System SAP-HCM
• Support communication and solution definition between HR and IT function
• Support the development and definition of an future operating model for the HR function
• Support the definition and implementation of technical solutions to support decentralize HR MDM services considering existing system landscape challenges and interfaces currently processing HR data
Work experience:
• 2-3 years of experience with an international group HR MDM environment
• 2-3 years of experience with HR shared service organizations
• profound experience in the area of HR Master Data / Organizational Data incl. global templates – SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Profound experience with major transformation projects preferably in the energy sector
• experience with cloud solutions / SaaS in the HR function
Mandatory skills (must-have):
• profound knowledge in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• particular knowledge of PA / OM templates and interfaces to global payroll systems (in and outside SAP)
• profound knowledge in parallel OM structures (legal view and management view)
• knowledge of ESS / MSS workflow solutions based on the 2-views-approach
• profound knowledge in interfaces from SAP HCM to other systems, incl. SAP ERM, CRM systems, EIDM, IT ordering and Success Factors
• profound knowledge of HR management processes and their typical interfaces
• knowledge of the challenges in the energy business environment
Desirable skills (nice-to-have):
• Project management skills
Language skills:
• business fluent in German
• business fluent in English
2.) AUTHORIZATION MANAGEMENT:
Aufgabe:
• Support definition and implementation of an HR authorization concept adapted to the new HR operating model in SAP-HCM and related systems
• Support day to day issue resolution during the transformation
• Ensure compliance and data protection at all times throughout the transformation program
Work experience:
• profound experience in the area of HR Master Data / Organizational Data incl. global templates – SAP HCM and SuccessFactors – in an international environment
• 2-3 years of experience with HR shared service organizations
• Experience in the rollout and adaptation of HR authorization concepts in international corporate environment – in particular payroll
• experience with major transformation projects preferably in the energy sector
• experience with cloud solutions / SaaS in the HR function
Mandatory skills (must-have):
• knowledge of SAP HR HCM authorization concepts and their implementation – in particular for international payroll and ESS/MSS solutions incl. reporting tools
• knowledge of data protection requirements
• knowledge of the challenges in the energy business environment
Desirable skills (nice-to-have):
• Project management skills
Language skills:
• business fluent in German
• business fluent in English
