Tätigkeit:• leads the process design
• identifies process gaps in the business requirement
• validates and tests the technical solution proposed by our integration partner
• verifies the correct implementation of the proposed processes and checks the adherence of the technical solution to the process by defining testing scenarios
• the BPAs advises the project stream lead on process questions, train key users, support stakeholders and keep governance and process harmonization/standardization
• and supports the post go-live
• the specialists act as counterpart for implementation consultants and technical experts, helping coordinate key user activities like requirements gathering, testing, training and master data preparation.
