Requirements:
Provide functional expertise in solving L2 production issues.
Ensure SLA compliance and SoX/Process compliance related to service management.
Coordinate with BPO and business users/finance managers for resolution of issues.
Configure changes in all FICO areas, regression test and move transports
Create functional specifications for the development of technical objects following SDLC methodology.
Coordinate with business users/finance managers for resolution of issues.
Fluency in German and English
