The SAP HR bAV Consultant should have following skills/experiences:
Very good technical knowledge in SAP HR, especially in the bAV module o pension investigators
- Certificate in the bAV
- Customizing
- SAP Script o Actuarial
- (Corresponding capital value for pension adjustment)
Skill Requirements SAP HR bAV Specialist
- BAV (occupational retirement provision)
- Very good technical knowledge in SAP HR, especially in the bAV module
Very good knowledge in ABAP including OO
- Object Navigator
- Class Builder
- Function Modules
- Repository system
- Dictionary
- Concepts, OO objects and methods to create and further develop
Very good professional knowledge in occupational retirement provision
Fluent in English and German
