SAP CRM CIC (Customer Interaction Center) Consultant now required by our global Client based in the greater area of Bonn, for a 10-20 day contract position starting ASAP (no later than end of July). The 10-20 days can be delivered either full time (in 2-4 weeks) or part time (eg 50% capacity) to suit the schedule of the successful candidate.

Tasks:

- Advise Client around various possibilities and functionalities within SAP CRM CIC

- Advise Client around the best way to implement certain new requirements in SAP CRM CIC

- Perform general review of SAP CRM CIC architecture, especially in consideration of the new requirements that are to be implemented

- Deliver a high level concept for the implementation of new requirements

Requirements:

- Extensive experience implementing SAP CRM Solutions

- Multiple projects and proven expertise specifically in CIC, for example Agent Inbox and Rule Based Ticket routing

- Strong functional expertise and experience in solution design/solution architecture

- Fluent English language skills (German is nice to have)

Parameters:

- Start date: ASAP, latest end July

- End date: flexible

- Workload: estimated 10-20 working days

- Utilization: flexible to fit your schedule

- Location: on-site around 50km outside of Bonn

This is a contract position for an initial 10-20 days which can extend if the concept is successful.
