SAP HCM Management Consultant (with pre-sales experience) - German Speaking - Germany (50% remote work from home/50% onsite work across Germany mainly in Walldorf). Permanent Job. Start: 4th September 2017. Salary indication: €90,000 - €110,000 Per Annum+ Bonus + Benefits.Our client in Germany is looking to hire an SAP HCM expert to drive and deliver innovative solutions for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Position summary:
* Directly involved in implementing at least 4 SAP HCM implementations, as either the functional leader for the Payroll functional part of the implementation or the Payroll and HR functional leader
* Preferably implemented at least 2 SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Worked at a management consulting for a large consultancy or HCM implementer / Systems Integrator
* Have a flair for solution sales where by you can understand the customer's needs and how it relates to our customers solutions
* Have lead a team of at least 5 to 10 personnel
* Have basic commercial acumen with understanding contracts and fundamental negotiation skills
* Hands on and can demonstrate solutions in SAP, you must have configured in HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting
* Willing to learn new technologies
* Can speak to HR leaders, Payroll Leaders, CIOs, CFOs
* Can engage with partners and be seen as the go to point for all our solutions
* Help influence our solution product direction with engagement with Architects
* Speaks fluent English and German
* Strong SAP HCM Solution Consulting with leadership skills
* Open to travel across Germany
* Have strong ties with SAP AG and also the Germany partner network
