SAP FICO Consultant / Change Manager - English Speaking - Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Start: 8th May. 3 Month+ Contract. End Client.

Our end client in Amsterdam, The Netherlands is looking to hire an SAP FICO Consultant/Change Manager to provide expert advice on SAP functionality. The Consultant is expert in SAP FICO and be able to advise the customer on how to use the best business processes as provided in SAP.

Skills and Experience needed:
*10+ years’ experience of hands on SAP FICO configurations and implementations
* Experience in complex organisational change
* Well-developed organisational sensitivity
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
* Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English.
* Able to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an organisation. Able to challenge on senior
* Knowledge of SAP VIM or FSCM nice to have (but not essential)

Key responsibilities:
* Collect & analyse customer requirements.
* Enhance, design, configure, test and re-engineer various functionalities in FI and CO modules
* Suggest solutions to customer, based on best business practices
* Assist in the development of business process descriptions
* Conduct implementation & training workshops.
* Provide guidance on end-user documentation.
* Provide guidance on test plans
* Conduct unit tests based on customer defined scenarios
* Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.
* Provide Functional Specifications to the technical team for any customized developments.

Stakeholder Engagement/Management:
* Identify stakeholders at all stages and levels of the programme
* Define effective stakeholder engagement plan
* Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle (example stakeholders)

Change Management:
* Support the embedding of change into sustainable standing organisation (linked to culture).
* Create and prepare actionable communication towards different stakeholders
* Initiate ad hoc communication efforts when necessary
* Support the creation and delivery of trainings
