SAP Data Management / BODS Specialist now required by our global Client based in Frankfurt, Germany, for a contract position starting ASAP until the end of 2017, with a chance for extension. The position will sit within the SAP competence center team responsible for Interfaces.Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery – Implement various projects and take ownership of technical solutions and deliverables using SAP Data Services. This includes both development and sustain related activities across the zones
- Technical Proposals – Define technical proposals and prototypes to support functional teams on their requirements and planning
- Technical Capability Building – Work on topics like technical training, asset creation, etc., towards building a strong delivery capability within the ICC teams.
Desired Experience:
- More than 3 years of extensive hands-on experience in SAP Data Services (previously called BODS / BODI)
- Good understanding of the tool – architecture, components, features, etc.
- Generic overview of SAP extraction/upload using iDoc, BAPI, Extractor and ABAP
- Strong hands-on experience in dealing with performance optimization scenarios
- Good knowledge of databases and SQLs
- Fluent English language skills are required
