Beschreibung:
- Perform direct call-support to Customer Service Technicians
- Usage / Documentation of results in Customers ITSM Suite (Service-Now)
- Analyse technician errors and come up with solution, being kind of:
- Connect with Customers CRM Backoffice Employees to get issue solved

Kenntnisse:
- Many years of experience in SAP CRM Service incl. Service Manager 4.2 and Agentry
- Deep experience on SAP CRM Service Processes from a functional perspective
- Knowledge of mobile Service processes in general and in SAP CRM with Service Manager 4.2 / Agentry
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Service customizing
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Manager / Agentry is a must
- ABAP OO / CRM ABAP / WEBUI Development is a plus
- Able to work self-driven with high quality results
- Leadership attitude working without much guidance from a PM is a plus
