Solution Architect, SAP HCM and Success Factor
My client is one of the leading global consultancies working on a large migration project based near Mannhiem, Germany. You as a Solution Architect, will work directly with the client, within knowledge area SAP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) , only for EC deep-dive knowledge is requested by the client.
Start Date: ASAP (2 -3 week notice negotiable)
Project Length: 12 month
Location: Mannhiem Area
Skills and experience:
- Successfully providing the following skills and knowledge
- Overview about SAP applications, both cloud, hybrid, and on premise
- SuccessFactors overall knowledge, EC knowledge is a must
- Involved SAP technologies, ie HANA, ABAP, Business Objects
- Strong knowledge in SF Employee Central as well as HCM on premise and data migration experience in the SAP HCM to EC constellation.
- Desired: experience with SAP Data Migration tool for ON Premise to EC migration
- Successfully providing the following proficient skills
- Data Mapping knowledge
- Program Experience, it is a global data migration and rollout into 70+ countries, with about data records; historical data will not be migrated
